03 / System and my contribution
What I built and integrated for Yourny.
As founder and CTO, I built the Flutter app and Serverpod backend and set up operations. My work covers group logic, external booking and payment services, and detailed tracking of the user journey, costs and performance.

Booking & payments
I integrated Mollie checkout into the booking flow and implemented payment status processing, refunds and interruption handling.
Operations & integrations
I automated deployments for the Docker setup and configured database migrations and Sentry error monitoring. I integrated Apple and Google sign-in. Firebase handles authentication, push messages and configuration; Mapbox provides maps and destinations.
Tracking
I implemented detailed tracking to follow the user journey and monitor system costs and performance.
